In this 2 hour workshop we will look at the financial reports available to business owners who manage their accounts in Xero. We will deconstruct the following concepts in order to help you stay on top of your business:

  • Cash Flow
  • Aged Payables
  • Aged Receivables

We will then look at larger issues that could affect your business, such as:

  • Debtor Management
  • Developing & Implementing Strategy
  • Management & Communications
  • Employee Skills & Engagement
  • Systems & Processes
